You all know what normally happens to a woman in her mid-forties or fifties, menopause. But what many of you might not know is that men get menopause too, only it's called male menopause (a.k.a andropause) or what they think of as "midlife crisis".

It's really interesting , and I explore more about it. I read that
Menopause is a natural part of growing older. And you don't need treatment for it unless your symptoms bother you. The thing is to stay healthy as possible and exercise. Thanks Pinkish for sharing =]
