Okay this is new to me.. I never saw Jodie Foster's movie which was apparently a great hit, but I thought it was just a movie title, I didn't know there was actually a panic room! How come I just knew about this invention yesterday? Why didn't anyone bother to tell me about it before? (I don't know who I'm blaming here exactly :p)
Many, many new things that I'm still learning..
Sooo did you guys know panic rooms exist? you don't get credit if you have seen the movie :p
UPDATE: I think some of you misunderstood this pointless post, I'm talking about panic rooms, as in, the rooms that some people have in their houses.. not the movie!! I didn't know they exist until last night, I heard about the movie when it was first released..

Saw the movie ages ago. And yes I do know about panic rooms since im an archtect. But they're expensive to build and maintain. And I agree with eshda3wa you would only need one if you live in a dangerous place.

don't worry, pinkish :) I didn't know Panic room existed either xD. I mean i read it on wiki but i still don't get it. I mean its called a panic room but its a safe room? I'm sensing some contradiction here ;)

woo that's an ollld movie, u reminded me of this one time, more than 10 years ago .. our 7arami alarm or whatever it's called hehe went off in the middle of the night .. we thought that there's a real 7arami !! .. they all got up, came to my room and we locked ourselves there, where baba went to see what's wrong
anyway .. turned out there was no 7arami XD .. the alarm had soem dust on it
el-zebda .. i think my brdroom is our panic room haha XD
but i've never heard of anyone here at saudi having these kinda rooms .. el-7amdilla we don't need that :)
I didn't see the movie, but what I know that we have panic room in my home in the basement. ;p i used to play Play Station there haha
