Buhbye guys :D have a nice summer away from me!!!
So I'm finally done with exams :D *jumps up and down for joy* and waiting impatiently to get my grades *crosses fingers*
This year was very stressing and, uh, challenging one. We'd been having exams and quizzes forever, non-stop!! During finals, I'd sleep for less than 2-3 hours at night, have coffee couple of times a day, and consume a whole box of Cheerios every two days.
I always lost track of time, my aunt would be telling me a story, I go "Isn't today Wednesday?"
"No, Tuesday" *Goes on with her salfa*
"Kaif 6yb ketha 9ar o ams kan el5amees?"
"IT'S TUESDAY!"
Bs that's all over now el7mdillah.. I can't believe it's been 3 years already since I graduated from school, and I certainly can't believe it'll be only 3 more years inshallah before I'm officially called a Doctor :D
I wrote a list of things I want to do in summer when I was studying for a final, 6b3n the annual summer list that I never stick to.
- Hospital training
- Read all books I have bought and never got to read. A book every week (yeah right!)
- Tan
- Take a drawing course (got to start looking :\)
- And draw more!
- Work out and diet.
- Learn how to social-talk before my cousin's wedding. Lol.
- Movies (surprisingly enough, I don't watch movies and TV during summer as I do in school days)
- Teach my little sisters something :p Last summer I taught my little sisters and cousins French, and boy was it exhausting! One of them even failed the first exam lol.
- Re-learn French.
- Read Qura'an every day!
- Get an extensive hair treatment. Poor thing.
- Buy a new cell phone, and maybe a laptop.
- Clean up my room deeply and thoroughly!
- Collage with my sister (sometimes when I studied in our room, she'd be sitting on the floor with piles of magazines making bookmarks and stuff and I'd eye her grudgingly so I decided I'd join her once I'm done)
That's all I could remember, although it was like 20 things but I lost the original list.
I'm reading now My Sister's Keeper, and it's amazing! It's about a 3-year-old girl who is diagnosed with leukemia and whose parents then decide to have another, genetically-engineered, daughter so she can donate her sister blood, bone marrow, and eventually a kidney. Till the second daughter turns 13 and files a medical emancipation suit against her parents so she can have full control over her body. You can't figure out whose side you're on, who's bad and who's good..
I blame it for being so emotional not to mention Gilmore Girls' estrogen pump. Which reminds me, I've been acting like a pregnant woman with a messed up hormones for the past couple of months, extremely emotional, weak and dependant. Which is very annoying to me and to people around me. My sister told me the same thing last night, that I've got weaker and more sensitive than I was in school. Isn't living away from your family supposed to do the opposite?
