In a desperate attempt to lose the weight I've gained during my college years (that is, the last two and half years), a friend suggested ennu ne7laf 3la our worst enemy - food.
Not all of it of course, bs there are certain items that must be removed off my regimen *rolls eyes*
So one day we were in the class, unbelievably bored, when we made up the rules list:
- No sweets, fried food (chips included), white sugar (brown & diet sugar are permitted), coke (also diet coke is permitted)..,
- In the cases of going out, having guests, and fasting, the rules above are not effective.
- Must go walking for 90 minutes minimum a week.
We wrote this on a piece of paper, and I swore that I'll be doing all rules written on it for December. so I'll be celebrating new year and my own food festival all together ;)
The funny thing is, when someone offers me some kind of dessert or something, I say "I can't, 7alfa", they go O.o "7alfa kaif exactly??" and here when I recite the whole story of my vow.,
Anyway, it's been working magic lol. I think I'll do it every month, till I reach my goal weight ;P
